Whats up fellow Fat Smashers!! Today is Day 19 on the diet and I have been doing pretty well.. I have to admit, I have a bite here and there of foods I am not supposed to have but that for me, prevents me from an all out cheating session.. Anyway, this morning I had a banana for breakfast.. I didnt pack anything because I was running late, so for a snack I had a Slim Fast (?) I guess that's better than other stuff.. And then for lunch I had two grilled chicken tacos with lettuce and tomatoe and a tiny dab of sour cream and a tiny pinch of shredded cheese.. Later on I will eat an orange for a snack and probably have some brown rice and veggies for dinner... I am happy because Ive gotten some compliments from friends and co workers, and wow that is a big boost to continue on!! The hardest part for me is the weekends, when I am "free" to go out and do what I want.. But I have been sticking to this for almost a month now and I am still very motivated.. Ive noticed that I'm kinda plateuing on my weight loss already so, I ordered some new Tae Bo videos, Ive been doing just the "get Celebrity Fit Sculpt" video.. The new ones are a cardio one and a "fat blasting" one so hopefully those will change up my routine and give me the boost I need.. I will weigh in this Sunday, I hope to see some change..
