Having a 'hungry' day today. I have been over-carbing a bit ,only by 2 or 3 but maybe that's what is making the difference. I am not having cravings but there's a little niggle at the back of my mind. I had a thought today that I would feel comfortable baking with the kids now. I know in my heart that I wouldn't have any and they enjoy it so much. It's also nice to know that I will feel generous to give it away because I am not hoarding it for myself!!

Hi Jill. I'm so envious of your resolve. You must be so focused. Can you give me any clues/leads/advice? Best wishes, Christine

Hi Christine - I have been on induction for over 3 months now and have been doing well, I changed to total carbs about 3 weeks ago - I was doing fine on net but I had cravings and found that being on total carbs makes me feel totally focused and craving free. I also belong to Boot camp group with a fab leader Kimm and that also teaches me mindset and about my addiction to food. How are you getting on? How long have you been on induction. Nice to see a Brit! There's not many on FS!

Hey Jill - maybe finding an activity totally away from "food" would be better, until those little niggles are gone. Way to go, girlfriend, keep up the good work!
