This app has been great for me! Never have I lost weight so consistently. I have been religious about recording what I eat which I think has been the biggest help. I also appreciate the support from others as well as the challenges. I have also enjoyed reading others success stories and their experiences. This has been a great experience so far and I am starting to see my abs!!
