tomorrow I'm supposed to be starting this couch to 5k program but the heat index is like 105 out. ugh... guess I'll be doing my first section on the treadmill in my basement. good news is, the temp is much lower down there! 😂 bad news, not exactly what I had planned. onward and upward, right??
