Yesterday I messed up. After work feeling exhausted 😩 and stressed 😫 I got this idea 💡 of getting a bag of chips and a pop for the journey home 🏡 As I was walking into the 7-11 I told myself this is where I am supposed to stop myself and walk away! I didn’t. Once inside I purchased a large bag of chips a chocolate bar 🍫 and two Coke Zero So yesterday being .8 is from getting out of the 180’s and getting into the 70’s I sabotage myself once again. TODAY IS A NEW DAY 🇨🇦

It happens to all of us. I was so close to leaving the 180s a week ago but now I'm back closer to the 190s. All we can do is keep going... we will get there but it won't be the straight line down that we want (and that's ok)
