Hey guys. I haven’t been posting lately, as I’m not tracking my macros and calories now .. I’m on day 7 of the 21 Day Fix Extreme, and it has its own eating plan. Basically I have to eat a certain number of containers of different food groups each day, based on my determined calorie needs. Although, it’s still basically a low carb diet, as there’s NO processed foods involved. Anyway, the workouts are incredibly tough, and yet satisfying. I am hoping for some great results, based on how I feel at just 1 week in.
