Good morning! I'm struggling to do quite the opposite here. I have to gain weight. It's not an easy thing to do either. Especially when recovering from a suspected ED. It's a long and complicated story. Yesterday, the doctor told me I should just eat anything and everything; basically stuff my face and feel free to eat whatever and however much I want as my weight was too low. He said I could even splurge on junk food everyday if I wanted to because I just need to gain weight. I don't want to do that and would like to gain weight in a healthy way by eating healthy foods. I want to still be healthy. You feel me? Anywho, anyone have any advice for me?
