Well I’m back on this whole weight loss thing. No particular kick up the bum this time other than feeling like I’m too overweight again. That said I saw myself in profile in a storefront the other day and was not at all impressed.
The hard part won’t be snacking or feeling hungry, I’ve done t before so I can do it again. The hard part will be keeping an eye on the booze.
Wish me luck. Will add a starting weight as soon as I have one.

You're in the right place. I've given the booze a bit of a break but it hasn't seemed to help any, I think I just have the most contrary body in the world so I'm not stressing as it's rather nice to be booze free. Good luck whichever way you jump :)

Yup...giving booze up didn't make a difference to my scale either but I sleep so much better now. A win in my books 😊

My issue is I work in a wine shop. We do wine, craft beer, spirits etc so my personal collection is quite sizeable. That and I’m training to be a brewer! I’ll get there. Just gotta keep focused.
