My dear friends.First Thank you very much for your nice comment.I usually cook my oats with milk.But sometimes I eat raw .Both of them is normal for me..I like oat. It is very healty...This plate is totally 300 calori.It is guite normal..We are all trying to loose weight.At the end we will be success..Have a good day to you.See you..
