bahagia itu ketika kemarin makan bebas & banyak dan BB tetap. karena makan sekali banyak ga akan bisa langsung gemuk... yesss
hanamasa all you can eat benar2 booster.segala macam protein dimakan. daging, ayam, ikan, cumi, udang, kerang, bakso2an, jamur2an, tofu, dsb... walaupun mahal tp puas... haha....
