The last couple of days ive felt so fat, and still all i want to do is eat.

Get your self out of the house, go for a walk, enlist a friend to go with you. Get away from the food. You need to take your mind off of eating and the feelings your have. Exercise will make you feel better. Just "MAKE YOURSELF DO IT!!!"

I agree with jeanmutzie. Hanging around the house is a downfall for me as well. I get into ruts, but I notice that if I get out of the house I distance myself from food and its availibility - I eat less. I'd avoid going to a restaurant, instead try a bookstore, clothes shopping, movie theatre, local concert, anything! Try getting away from your kitchen and take your mind off focusing soley on yourself. GOOD LUCK! YOU CAN DO IT!
