I agree with jeanmutzie. Hanging around the house is a downfall for me as well. I get into ruts, but I notice that if I get out of the house I distance myself from food and its availibility - I eat less. I'd avoid going to a restaurant, instead try a bookstore, clothes shopping, movie theatre, local concert, anything! Try getting away from your kitchen and take your mind off focusing soley on yourself. GOOD LUCK! YOU CAN DO IT!
