OK, so I had my weigh in this morning and I am only down .4 lbs. At least it is going in the right direction. It was a little hard on Valentines Day and the days that followed. I was measured and that was when I realized that I have lost 7 1/2 inches total since January 1, 2008. So get measured at your next weigh in and compare it to the last weigh in. If you haven't been measured yet then have your consultant measure you next appointment and then again in about 1 1/2 to 2 months later. Sure was refreshing to me.
