20 min boot camp workout
15 min treadmill
faux french toast with slice of ham
hot tea
Prepared for lunch and snacks
apple
orange
banana rice cake with p.b
and turkey cutlets
tried running alittle today have alot of trouble with my legs being sore, it is helping that at the end of the workouts theres a yoga cool down specified to the workout you did that day.
heres hoping the scale starts to go down
