Okay... so I have managed to keep my weight a little steadier lately... I was thinking of something that I may put to the test... since with slim fast it tells you to take the shakes in the morning why and then a dinner.... why not have a bigger breakfast... and then a shake for lunch and dinner... that way I'll have more calories in the morning that I can burn off during the day instead of more calories at night when I wont even exercise... what do you guys think should I try this out???

Iam not doing the slim fast but actually I have heard alot of different diet plans doing this, they eat big breakfast even steak ect... and then slowing lower how much they eat by the end of the day,. this gives them all day to work off the calories and go to be with less in them Good luck let us know how it works

Hi Hon - I sometimes do this type of thing, like have a shake for breakfast, proper lunch and then shake for tea. It still works but you have to be stron in the eve not to snack on sweets etc

Hey! So, mostly inspired by your progress, I actually purchased 2 boxes of Slimfast Optiva shakes today (The vanilla has 1g less sugar than the other ones.) The only problem I could possibly foresee with the program you're suggesting is that a slimfast shake does have 18g of sugar, and I'm wondering it this might be a bit much to spike in the evening at dinner. In the morning and even at lunch you have plenty of time to use that carb fuel. I dunno though. I guess it depends on what you normally have for dinner (A chicken salad over 5 pieces of white bread and some ice cream) and when you exercise (eg shortly before or at some time after your dinner shake) Either way, that's just my 2 cents, please feel free to prove me wrong!! :D
