My nutritionist wanted me to switch to PB2 from protein powder. I dont know why but I am going to do it. I love my protein smoothies but I think a banana peanut butter smoothie is as delicious as a strawberry banana smoothie. Finishing off the food I made and bought at the beginning of the week. Rearranging it so I only eat between 1800 and 2000 calories. Doing a double cardio class today:spin and whipped. Lets do this!!!!

Sounds good, but I am not big on smoothies. Grats on the weigh in by the way :)

WOW - let me know how you like the PB2. What are the carb, fat and protein counts on that product? Interesting option your nutritionist suggested.
|
Opps - never mind - I just googled and got the website with all the info. Let mw know if you like the taste!

Ahh - low carb and low fat - but also low protein. Hmmm...why use it? I know she wants you to reduce your protein overall so wonder what the benefit is for you.

I LOVE PB2!! I make a mean peanut aisian sauce with it!. The Choc PB2 mixed a bit thin is a great dip for apples, sometimes mix in a bit of yogurt. The site has recipes but you may have to tweak them for calorie sake. Google PB2 low cal recipes and lots come up. Have fun with it. It was one of my fav finds a year or so ago.
