Had an upset stomach yesterday, oh the joys of restarting meds, but at least it provides me motivation to continue counting my calories.
anxiety has been on the lower end lately and I actually took my son out to the park for over an hour! definitely some improvement
106.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
