A difficult week, but things seen to be back on track. It took me two weeks to lose 1 pound, but I lost 1 dress size and 2 bra sizes!
95.7 kg Lost so far: 34.9 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try some Walden Farms products. A bit expensive but like I said before, Your worth it! I use them all the time. Try the 45 calorie bread if you like bread. It taste great too.
