I fell of the diet train! But today is a bran new day! Hopefully I stay motivated and keep my goals in mind!
I don't know how but I actually gain weight over night. Like 4 lbs according to the scale... I only fell off a little and ate 5 slices of my all time favorite Popeye pizza. I didn't eat them all at once. 3 at the restaurant and 2 the next day. So I am paying for it now.
