昨天果然吃太多肉了
中午教育訓練吃了炸雞腿便當沒吃飯
下午茶還吃了一份胖老爹
晚餐家裡昨天的滷控肉一片還加了兩顆荷包蛋
蛋白質太多蔬菜完全不足
本來希望今天可以63初的
中午起床老公又買了雞腿便當😂
剩下兩天假日應該要斷食了

肉多不是問題,烹調方式比較要注意~

@ruby 沒錯,炸物的粉和油都不是很好,但我因為是吃生酮,蛋白質過高會造成醣質新生,所以每日蛋白質也不能吃太多,白天又大多是吃瘦肉,所以感覺有點吃太多了😂
