This makes me sooooooo happy! I have just been smiling all day! This is proof that weight watchers really works! This encourages me to work harder and stick with the core plan. I know I keep saying I need to kick the exercize up a notch-and I really need to get started so I can lose even more!

130.2 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 48.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
