Managed to pass level 2 anatomy and physiology after being referred! Need to concentrate more I think! Anyways after a week off gym I’ve been back in there this morning, chest and triceps! Always a good routine, actually added some cardiovascular and flexibility training in for this week so I’m very much looking forward to that, hope all are well! I ain’t doing a weigh in as I’m not due for another 4 weeks but I am doing well and feeling very good about the situation I’m in!
