cant believe im up a pound
work out hard yesterday
forgot lunch so i only ate fruits and salad
and walked this morning.

You probably didn't get in enough calories. You have to eat to fuel your body or else it will hold on to what you've already feed it. Continue to eat healthy and give your body the fuel it needs and the pounds will come off. Keep going!!!! :)

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight gain. Sometimes when you workout extra hard and have sore muscles, your muscles retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or small loss. It could also be from too much sodium or one of many other factors.
