Nice little cycle to work this morning after a huge breakfast, should keep me going til the end of my shift, determined to stop yo-yoing with my weight, constant little losses is the aim.
67.3 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
