Had kind of a mixed day today. I did the insanity workout. It was the recovery day, so it wasn't as hard as it has been and I was able to do the whole thing. This was the first time I was able to do the whole thing. So I felt pretty good about that. Then I went to my brothers house to watch the opening ceremony for the Olympics. We got pizza and beer and I went a little crazy. 3 pieces of pizza and 2 beers. I guess this is going to be my cheat day. I'm going to weigh in tomorrow, hopefully not to much damage was done.
