Thursday Day 11. I've gained 0.2lbs this morning but my feet & lower legs are full of fluid. I may take a water pill tomorrow morning just to see what kind of difference it will make.
I had orange juice this morning.
I met a friend for lunch at a cafe.
I started off with Portobello mushroom soup with Truffle oil & chives. I had about 3 spoonfuls but the taste was much too strong for me, so I didn't eat it. I then tried their Tomato & spinach soup & it wasn't too bad, so I ate that. Then I had a currant scone with a lemon glaze & butter. That was nice, but I'm sure it had quite a bit of sugar in it.
I was shopping quite late tonight, so I missed supper. I went for a 40 mins walk. Had a plum around 10pm & a slice of wwheat toast with 2tsp becel at 11.15pm.
Hopefully, I'll be down in the morning.
