today finally good Blood Pressure data close to normal after 7 months of getting back on track 120/90 (started with 155/122) and without drugs. Hopefully I can keep it up, this was the main reason to loose fat and lowering salt intake.
Not sure this drop is permanent yet and need to keep it in check.
