Any advice on IF and how to maintain resistance ?
So far been seeing great results and have developed a lot self control and mental focus , I recommend it 🤓
53.4 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
