Well today seems to be going good...I have decided that I was gonna sort of follow slim fast diet and as well just really watch what I eat... and how much I eat.. I find it soo hard that as soon as I feel a little lighter I want to go on the scale and see... but I have to keep myself off the scale if I want this to work... since if I feel lighter and go on the scale and I am the same I'll be super disapointed... so I have made myself a deal I am not allowed to enter the downstairs washroom only once a week... gonna have to climb those stairs to use the upstairs one... Anyhow... I have to go to work... this is really good for me... KEEPS MY MIND OFF FOOD... even though I'm a pizza cook hehehe.,..

When I wanna check the scale, I do something else... check cnn.com, digg.com, look at a web comic, have a glass of water, text message a friend, etc. Usually it gets my mind off it. This way I know when I DO check the scale the gains will be huge!!!!! I love your idea for going upstairs more often. Thats EXACTLY the kind of rule that puts exercise right into everyday life. Good thinking!!
