So yesterday I was not good, had a DQ Blizzard. Tasted great, but now I feel SO guilty. Gotta stay away from DQ! I was waiting for my husband to pick me up and it was RIGHT there.

Documented it on my diet calendar, still had fewer calories eaten than expent thanks to Zumba. But it would be such a greater difference without the Blizzard.
