The scale hasn't been moving very quickly but my pants are almost falling off of me so I'm not really concerned about it. Last night I could slide them off without unbuttoning them. It used to be hard just to get them buttoned.
BP is better too. Used to be around 130/85. Lately it's around 115/70. And this is new: Resting heart rate is down from 85 to around 60. Last night it was actually 59. It's never been that low. It could be a sign of slowing metabolism, but my energy level is great so I'm not going to worry about that either. I am very pleased with how things are going so far.
