They are really good actually. I’m not sure what they work out as in terms as macros as is got other meals on yesterday’s diary so don’t know how to single out one meal to look. But I would have it as a meal rather than a snack calorie wise. What I put in the pancakes is as follows.
2 large eggs
250ml milk
2tsp cinnamon
25g scoop of vanilla whey protein
1 sachet of apple and blueberry oats (Tesco’s)
Then add toppings as you please depending on your calorie/macro targets :-) - I works out as about 530 calories for the pancakes minus toppings. I’m sure you could alter the recipe to lower the calories but I think this combo is a good flavour and texture. You’ll have to let me know if you try them and see what you think, I just kind of made the recipe up!

I bought mine in Aldi, thought I’d give it a go, funnily enough, Iran like peanut butter, but tastes like almonds haha
