160 days / 70 pounds to go. Keep up the great work. Chocolate cravings are the worst but I know if I have even a small piece, it can become a slippery slope. I just keep reminding myself it is not what I REALLY want and a year from now I'll be glad I passed the temptation.

Wow, keep up the good work!! I know what you mean with cravings though, i have a really hard time resisting them all, but i try to keep my "new" body that I'm going to get by next year in mind :-)
