I've been noticing a pattern! I'm 21 and as of now I serve tables at a very cool place called Topgolf! So on days that I work I usually don't get to eat very much. I work on average a 10 hour shift each time I go in. I'll eat a little something before I go in and try to eat a little something while I'm there but over all I feel as if I don't eat very much on days I work. On my off days is where I am able to eat a lot and chum I on some weight but as soon as work comes around I'll lose those few pounds I gained.


And for those who have ever served it's hard to step away from your tables on busy nights
