forgot to take my thyroid med and water pill yesterday. Just ate and ate all day yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so mad at myself. Gained 3 lbs!!!SHIT!!!

Setbacks are going to happen unfortunately. I hate it too. Just not being able to have a good bm. You'll get back on track. just do the right things you've been doing cause you know it's been working. Don't wait until tomorrow, just start right now by having some water. If you forgot your water pill then take one if you can and drink some to get the extra flushed out! Hang in there. We are going to do this with setbacks and all!

I sure need your encouragement. I'm just having to deal with a different kind of week. Things are not the same as last week. Really throwing me off my game. I'll get back on course.

Take one day at a time. If it's from yesterday that is throwing you off then "fogit bout it"! It's done. If it's the girls being gone don't think of this time of them being gone but rather that you are investing time in YOU because YOU are worth it and important!!!!! Make yourself a priority! Fix yourself up a special cold ice water! and plan your food for the rest of the day and then STICK to it. That's what I'm making myself do. I go back in my diet calendar and pick a good calorie day and copy that day to today and then follow it. So carrots and cucumbers for lunch for me again. Might throw in some tuna for protein. And I add water to each meal to try to get myself to drink regularly. Instead of recording what I eat after I eat it I record it before and then follow it for the day, or rather TRY to follow it for the day. Takes some indecisiveness out of it too. Love you darling! YOU can do this!
