Did the fit test today with Insanity. I think this program is going to be a lot harder than I thought. I'm more out of shape than I realized. Still optimistic though. I ran/ walked a 5 k on the 4th of July. I think I'm going to sign up for another one on labor day weekend. My goal is to run the whole time with this one. I was tired all day after the fit test. To be honest I was still a little tired from this weekend. Had my 20th high school reunion on Saturday and over indulged a bit. Can't bounce back like I used to. Tomorrow will definitely be better!

The program is definitely tough!! Just do what you can and go at your own pace and you'll get better!
