I think I'm going to weigh myself a little less. I am so obsessed with gaining my weight back I check almost every day. And I think it's discouraging me because I don't see drastic change... mainly just a lot of up and downs when it comes to my weight. I'll lose a pound then gain 2 then lose 3 and it's like a cycle. But I do know consistency is key!! Haven't been eating very healthy either so I'll be working on that the upcoming weeks

It is NORMAL to go up and down a bit over a several day period of time. It is ok to weigh everyday— you just cannot obsess over it.. but it does help you see how the types of things that you eat effect your goals. It also allows you to readjust your WOE and exercise to bring things back into line without it becoming a big production.
