Tadi ngerasa sedih krna 10 hari cuma turun 0,3kg ( 300 gram ) tapi pas di ukur ternyata 300gr itu bnyk juga kl di padetin. Ini aja 250an sekepalan tangan ( btw tangan gue termasuk tangan yg gede dan panjang ) wkwkw jd bersyukurlah meski turun hanya 0,3kg
