I'm not hungry at all today. My stomach is growling but MY MIND isn't hungry... this is the struggle I come across every few days. stress effects me too easily. I don't really know what to do. I want to eat but it's like I can't even look at food and find it appealing. or even finish chewing my food.

Small, healthy snacks help satisfy the growing stomach. Whole carrots, a small bowl of fiber one cereal, a rice cake with a teaspoon of peanut butter, or a peach are all good to satisfy hunger.
