Wooo Hooo !! Finally! I've reach the 30lb weight loss mark. I know my weight ticker doesn't say I've lost that much, but I didn't know how to reset my diet. It is considering my beginning weight of 177 from a previous diet. I started this diet January 4th at 184.5. And, no, it isn't really a diet ~ it's a lifestyle change. It's just easier to say diet. :) Anyway, I'm really happy to finally reach this 30 lb mark at long last.

I did C25K Day 2 of Week 4 last night. I am so proud of myself for not quitting. I am/was a total couch potato, so the fact that I am running any further than my mailbox is a miracle. I have to admit, it feels good (after)!
70.1 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
