It was hard today to keep track of calories eaten. Had that fam reunion, I believe that I still stayed under 2000 calories for the whole day. The work-out for today kicked my ass!! Excuse the language, but there is hardly in language good enough to convey my sentiments on that issue today....

Sounds like you had a good workout! What'd you do? Fred says, "Watch your language! You shouldn't go around using the word 'sentiments' like that." It embarrasses him to use such language! LOL JK! I had a good workout too pretty much all day long working in the yard outside sweating up a starm! Hehe! Don't know about the scales. Pebbles yesterday and nothing today, so far.

Just getting ticked for all this HARD work that I'm putting in, and still not seeing any more loss. I understand the plateau crap!!! oh, well. The kids will be with Bill and LInda all week. They are having VBS this week. I'll be looking for new ideas for "activities" this week. Love ya!!

You can still take the dog walking with you. I've wanted to get a jump rope to just go jump in the garage. OH, oh, a trampoline in the backyard would be nice if I had the money, which i don't right now. Is Tuesday the day for you guys? Don't let it stress you, easy for me to say, right? Sorry, I just want to encourage you to not let the stress of that cause a loss in your concentration in the food/exercise plan. Happens to me all the time.... Love ya too!
