오늘 헬스장인바디체크날!
체지방 11 나옴...근육 0.7 늘고~두달 정말 열씸히 재미있게운동해서 나온결과긴한데...계속 주5일운동은 힘들듯...ㅠ 뷔페안간지 두달이 훌쩍넘었다...
