so throughout the day of eating about 4400 calories I was able to gain 3 pounds! That's pretty big for me considering I was just 109 this morning and it's hard for me to even gain a single pound these days, but we will see if my body hangs on to the weight like it should.

I've also been drinking theses shakes that add about 1300 calories to your diet. If anyone has tried these let me know what your results were!

I think its kinda refreshing to see others using this app to help gain weight. We all are on different journeys. Sometimes I forget that. I can look at food and gain weight. Mostly being sedentary has caused my inability to lose. Lack of exercise and motivation has atrophied my muscle tone...and we all know muscle burns more calories, so I'm told. Maybe if you just mimic my lack of motivation and my high desire for feeding? LOL! Good luck on your journey. I'm excited to see you to the end of it

So understand the trying to keep a reasonable weight so that when I got sick I didnt lose too much back when I was young and hanging around the 100 mark. The struggle is real.
