So, today I started going to the gym 7 days for an hour. I go Monday – Friday after I take Brian to work. Then the weekend I go after I get up.
I am going to stick to this.
I weigh in at 382.
173.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 105.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 9.7 kg a Week
