I have to add that I had a little victory today. A coworker brought in a huge bag of homemade cookies and I didn't even have one. In the past I would have three or four!

Every little victory counts! It feels so much better following through with a resolution to eat right than the fleeting enjoyment of a cookie-fest (although there are those times when a cookie can fit into the plan as long as it doesn't trigger a binge consumption of the whole bag).
