Took the day off today - mental health day! Cannot believe how peaceful I feel. I only joined one conference call which was a total waste...but good not to be under the gun all day.

Denise, thanks for the comments on my journal. I'm still at the office (missed you today at the office - it was nearly unbearable. lol - plus you could have had a free Chinese lunch! ) - it's after 7pm on a Friday night.
