Concious eating. Im still struggling with my weight. I am unable to drop even three lbs. I consistantly fluctuate 1 or 2 lbs above or below 225. Im so frustrated. Ive been taking stock of what foods I may eating that contribute to this and discovered that all my favorite foods contain enormous amounts of sugar/carbs. And Im not saying Chocolate is the culprit (although I do indulge on occasion). So I will attempt to limit/eliminate/detox bread(wheat mainly), organic pasta and rice(steamed) this week and see the results at the end of the week. I am open to suggestions!

I fluxed at 245 for almost two weeks - don't worry, it happens. Change up what you're eating and what you're doing. Your body just got into a groove. Keep yourself on your toes.
