Working really hard at getting out and walking everyday. I used to love to run but I just can’t at this weight. I hope once I lose another 20-25 pounds it will be easier. I’m also trying to swim everyday. Not always possible. But I’ve lost 8 pounds already!! I have lots of goals to lose this weight for: June 16- granddaughter‘s first birthday July 14- Caribbean cruise August 22 - Barcelona and Mediterranean cruise December 8 - South Asia cruise
28 weeks to lose 52 pounds. One day at a time. We’ll see how well I can keep up these healthy habits!!
