Well this is my weight today, how in the heck it is more, i will never know. Some ideas since the food was not the problem Maybe? i gained a little muscle working out? Had too much sodium? Worked too many hours this week? My metabolism is slowing down r/t drop in calories? is Prozac making me not lose weight? i stopped that pill last night Am i drinkin too many diet pepsis and not enought water?
