LadiRosselott's Journal, 09 Feb 08

For some reason, fell off today. Don't really know why, just got out of routine and binged all afternoon/evening. I'm not going to stress about it, I know I didn't eat over 2000 calories, so it's not like I did any damage, I ate about what I need to to maintain, so I know it won't cause a gain. Just gonna get back on tomorrow and hit it harder. Didn't get a work out in today either, it was just a fat, lazy day!! I guess a person needs one of those every now and again, that's how I'm gonna look at it!

We are all intitled to a day like that once in awhile. Hope you're having a good weekend.

Some days are better than others. Don't look back and prepare for the day ahead. :) Better luck tomorrow! =D

I so-o-o get it!!! This snow - rain- no sun- winter whatever can especially give us a downer kind of day. Sweetie just log-on & tlak to us! or hop on over to Whitefish & we can go to the Quinn Hot Springs or something!!! You will do fine tomorrow! Don't think about today just remember 1 moment at a time! My husband runs a 12-step recovery program & he keeps telling me that! Hugs to you my dear...

I'm glad you aren't beating yourself up about the splurge. You probably had enough flex points to cover it without even realizing it! Weekends always seem harder for me, too. Maybe if you planned to splurge a little on the weekends and saved some points for them, it might work out better for you. Once the day came, you could decide for or against the splurge, depending on your mood. That way, you would be in control from the start! Tomorrow is another day and a chance to start fresh. Have a good one!
