Well into my monthly, 750 calorie-a-day, Keto week. Hubby and I have been pretty rotten this month - between going out to dinner with friends, dinner party at home, our wedding anniversary, my husband's birthday, and my husband passing a kidney stone and indulging in comfort food - because of it all in the last few weeks. We might have to do another Keto week after the holiday because we will be enjoying ourselves with friends for three days.
